Jack specialises in creating value through property development, acquisition and strategic repositioning. He grew up immersed in property, with family homes frequently doubling as live building sites, an experience that sparked a lifelong passion for development. He studied Business at Oxford Brookes and continued his executive education with Goldman Sachs. After project-managing a £7.5m office fit-out in White City, Jack moved rapidly into entrepreneurship in his early twenties, delivering residential projects across Oxfordshire before progressing into acquisitions and full project delivery. Over the past decade he has acquired, developed and delivered more than £100m of UK property across residential, commercial, mixed-use and land. Today he leads XP Property, co-runs Central Suites (around 150 beds of private HMO accommodation), oversees Oparo Social, a £20m social housing portfolio, and cofounded XP Surveys.

Suzi is a commercial property investor, mentor and educator with more than 30 years of experience across some of the UK's most respected property organisations. Her career includes senior positions at CBRE and B&Q, and serving as a Director at Landsec, where she managed a £2.7 billion property portfolio. Today she helps investors and business owners build long-term wealth through commercial property, teaching how to source quality opportunities, analyse deals with confidence, structure finance effectively and manage assets for sustainable growth. Through The Commercial Property Academy and her mentoring programmes she is known for simplifying complex investment decisions and helping investors avoid costly mistakes. At Sail to Success she will share the strategies and lessons from a career spent acquiring, managing and maximising value from commercial property.

Richard is one of the UK's leading HMO valuation and sales specialists, and the creator of the Tier Methodology, the framework that reads any HMO's true position on a single, travelling metric. Over two decades in property he has assessed, visited and valued thousands of HMOs and sold hundreds, completing on every kind of deal the market throws up. He is the brains behind HMO X, its methodology, its committed sale route, and the UK's first specialist HMO auction house, and is a regular fixture on the industry's speaking circuit.
